Delete some of your data

PromptLandia, by Marnwell Studio: you can erase part of your data and keep your account.

Delete a child profile — from inside the app, immediate

Open Profile → Account settings → tap the child’s profile → Delete this profile, and confirm.

Behind a parental check, so a child cannot trigger it. The parent account and the other profiles stay untouched.

The child’s first name and avatar.
Their progress: finished lessons, experience points, streaks, badges and rewards.
Everything they wrote in the Workshop.
Their daily learning time records and the parent report built from them.

contact@marnwellstudio.com from the email address of the account, with the subject Delete some of my data.

Say what you want erased, for example: the texts written in the Workshop, or the learning time history.

We reply by email once the deletion is done.

Timeframe: usually within two working days, and within one month at the latest.

The parent account (email address and credentials): to erase it, delete the account.
Anonymous crash reports, with no account or profile identifier, kept at most 90 days.
Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store, which belong to the store.

To erase everything, account included: delete your account.
